This request is quite seriously a major term paper. Your best bet is to call DISH and let them put up the proper dish(es) and get everything working. The answer varies from city to city, exact equipment bought/leased, foreign packages, etc. No way is this going to work with a single 18" dish. You will need at the very least a DISH-500 with dual LNBs.
DISH will arrange the entire install for free as part of the initial offer.
