A bird has got to fly, a fish has to swim, and Dish Network just has to get into spats with the content providers...nothing new happening here. Once again, Dish Network may very well be in the rights in this matter, but they have a long history of not dealing fairly with programmers (usually at the expense of paying customers) and it only seems fair that they are now on the short end of the stick. Given their history with the cable and network providers, losses in the court room, and customers bailing on them for DirecTV, Cable, and the Telcos, perhaps it would behoove EchoStar to settle with VOOM HD Networks (bring 'em back) and start conducting business above the board.
