Let's have a little more info. What channels are you trying to get? Do you have a dishnetwork account? What dish do you have? What receiver do you have.

Different technology, doubt it would work except for maybe the FTA channels.

A single direct LNBF will work as a legacy Dish LNBF in most circumstances.
