Help!!!!!!!

I had my receiver and HD tv in the other room yesterday, I just moved it back into my office a few minutes ago, and now the only channel I'm seeing between 70 and 78 is 72-ESPN2, none of the other HD channels are showing up! MNF starts in 3 minutes....this is on my H20-100, HELP PLEASE

Reset your receiver. Unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in and let it regather info from the satellite.

Also remember to disconnect the power BEFORE removing or connecting the RG6 cables. You can harm the receiver by not doing this.
