Old Software Re-mapping
Hello All,
I just moved and have the 5.68 version of the software - when I moved, I set up my equipment and all my old locals from Indianapolis (Only 50 miles away) were coming in just fine. However, I got a message on the screen from Voom stating that my box was not authorized and my service went away (To be expected since I had cancelled and set up a new install date (Today)). After the new install, I have been re-mapped and only get ONE local (Lafayette, In) - but I know I can receive ALL my locals (FROM INDY - 8 or so). I called VOOM and was told that they can not remap me to my old locals. I explained that the equipment I own woul pick them up - they still resisted and insisted that there was nothing they could dosince I moved to a new zip code - I don't believe this. Do I have to wait for the scanning feature or will someone at VOOM re-map me? Does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?
