Hello all. I am having a problem receiving my channels. I think that it might be a cable problem but I wanted to see what you all think first. I had some channels that weren't coming in so I decided to reboot the box (as I have had to do in the past) but when I did this, it got stuck at the acquiring signal part. It would go back and forth from acquiring to searching eventually ending in a black screen. It will say that I have no channels and if I run a test it says that my tuner failed. If I look at the transponders, all even ones are in the mid to high 90's but all odd ones are zero.

I don't think the problem is the box as I have tried other working ones and I don't think it is the multiswitch as all the other TVs are working.

So, do you all think I just need to replace the cable?

Thank you.

What box model? Have you moved the receiver into another room and tried it? If it works fine, then its definitely the cable. Also make sure no splitters are being used.

The model is d10-300. Yes I have tried it in another room and it worked fine. I guess it is the cable. Thank you.
