OK I just got my new setup this weekend. Its a Sony 50in Widescreen *KDF-E50A10 and its a DishNetwork Setup with the New 411 HDTV Receiver. I set the TV view to Normal (not wide or zoom or full) but Normal. I use a HDMI Cable to connect the TV and the 411 and a Monster Optic Cable to connect the sound. I also use a Monster S-Video Connection also going into the TV as second input. Wehn I go to HD Channels (I have them all + Zoom) I get a GREAT GREAT picture.. When I go to Standard Channels, I look at the format * key I get HD Normal and SD - Full Zoom. I cant change the Full Zoom at all. I even switched to the S-Video input and it is the same. I called Dish and they said that is a software problem with the 411 and they are working on it. They said I would get a free month till they fix the problem. Does anyone know how long this might be or what is a work around or am I screwed. Any Help would be great.
