Help with my Bill

Lately my dish bill seems high. Here is what Dish lists on my account

I have two 622's but one is hardly used and could be swapped out for a single DVR. What would My cost be to do this and what would the new fee be. Why am I still being charged for HD platinum? From looking at Dish's site it seems like it would be cheaper to subscribe to the AEP rather that America's 250 and the movie channels. In about a month I will cancel Fox soccer plus so that is no big deal.

Any help is appreciated.

Well Top250 is actually $5 more per month which the normal rate is $69.99

If you switched the 622 to a 612, you could save $7/mo.
