Help with Elevation Settings

I am new to satellite tv and have taken my receiver and extra dish on the road for a few months. I am having trouble figuring out how to set the elevation on the dish. I have the skew set using the red mark on the back and have the azimuth set using a compass and Digistat but where do I align the elevation to. On the back for elevation it has markings for the elevation settings but I do not see any mark (like the red mark for the skew) to set the elevation. The directions I have found state to use the edge to set the elevation of 51 to the mark. I do not know what edge or what mark to use. Can any of you help me or refer me to past postings that would help. I did search past threads but found nothing to help me at this time. I have DishNetwork with HD using 110, 119,129 and the arm has 3 LNBs.

I'm doing the same thing for several months down to Florida with the RV.

Don't bother with the marks!

Get yourself one of these: Amazon.com: Johnson Level & Tool and Tool 700 Magnetic Angle Locator: Remarkables: Home Improvement

Put it on the lnb arm, loosen the 2 elevation nut, and when the level get to your elevation, tighten them.
