I just purchased a homeplug ethernet adapter after watching the video that Dish sent to my DVR a few weeks ago. I followed the instructions and everything is telling me that I am connected online. The problem is that when I hit my DVR button, my menu does not have option 5 for dish online. I called tech support and he told me to contact my internet provider.
I am not a techincal person at all, but this doesn't make any sense to me. The Dish receiver is telling me that I AM connected to broadband. How would my DSL provider (ATT) be able to help me with my Dish receiver. Please Help! Thanks
