Help with Bec 2000

I am having a problem with ???? I have had my system for more that a year, no problem. I bought it for my father in law he is from the middle east and he loves to watch. He may have done something to it. I have quality and strength and my setting for telstar 5 are correct but when I scan it will not pick up even one channel. I am not very receiver wise, any help?

Hi d.omidi, welcome to the forum.

If you're getting a good signal and quality reading you may want to reset the receiver.
I'm not familiar with the BEC2000 so you may want to check your instruction manual on how to go about resetting it.
If you clear the T5 channels and rescan maybe that will help.

I thought about resetting the receiver, I am not sure if my father in law did this already, there are no channel listed on T5 at all??
