Help with 2800 and card programming

Please help!!!
I have a 2800 and about 3 weeks ago the system just started saying the card was incorrectly inserted. I tried everything (except reprogramming). I noticed that the system info is showing the card ID as S000000000...

I do not know how to program it neither what is needed.

Any help will be appreciated...
