help with 121(please)

i just want to say thankyou people for all the help and making life a little better
in thompson manitoba northern canada.
i would like to run 121 on its own or do i need to be connected with 119,110?
cant seem to find 121 running a 301(old StarChoice lnb) and 4foot expressvu dish.
will the signal strength on the reciever move if the sat(121)is found or should i buy a new lnb.
