HELP who remembers in Dallas

About a year ago we had a music video service on Ch 33.2, I believe they went bankrupt. The originator also created MTV. We now have a new service on 31.3 The Cool TV that reminds me of the old service and it is driving me bvuggy trying to remember the old one.Thanks

I only remember the Tube being around for a while on second channels throughout the country and dying off..
