I've been up on my roof today trimming trees to fix some signal issues. I'm getting mid 90s signal strength on sat 101 and 110 but 0 on all transponders on 119. I think I've got a decent line of sight...please take a look at the pics and let me know if you guys can figure out which limbs are still a problem.

much thanks...i'm about to pass out from the heat...the sun is FINALLY out in Austin for a change.

Well I'll be damned... I got up there and attempted to get to some of the lower ones closer to the horizon...can't get to them w/out trying to kill myself (roof pitch is pretty steep). Blew it off and came back inside...suddenly 88-90 on the 119 transponders. D* must have had the sat down or something.

Glad it worked out . Just to let you know ,sometimes if there are branches over top of the dish that are less then 10' feet above,For some reason they sometimes effect your signal.Even if they aren't directly in front of the Dish.If they are dangling over top. Happend to me a few times. So now I trim as high up as I can without killing myself.

Yep...that's exactly the problem I was having initially. I don't have a before picture, but I trimmed a bunch that were directly above the dish. Due to all of the rain we've been having in TX everything has grown like crazy. I was getting mid 70s and even 50s on one sat which was causing all kinds of problems. Seems like I've got it fixed now.
