HELP - STB Channel Surf/Picture Freeze/Installation menu N/A..

This issue is still present for me -- random channel order, lockups on the box even when not pressing any buttons on the remote... box won't stay up for more than 3-5 hours *tops*, and often freezes after only 1-2 hours.

Very very frustrated.

This issue now happens on both of my receivers.

I also disconnected one receiver and did not get a reset on the other after 2-3 hours period. But after reading about someone else comment that this occurs on single receiver setups, I'm going to connect my second receiver back up.

I'm in the Dallas area, one receiver, and I've been having freezes for about 24 hours now, at least 6 probably more. Been doing soft resets until this last hard one. We'll see how it goes. geekgranny

Arrived home and could not tune-in any VOOM channel - OTA worked fine...had to reboot all three receivers to recover. I am in the DC DMA.

UPDATE: There were map issues in Washington DC, Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta
that were fixed last night. If your are still having problems, please post here.

DC Super-DMA Problem fixed - Except missing one channel..

Hi everyone,

The Washington DC Super DMA was fixed last Tuesday..

..Tks to Ilya for helping out with this reporting and fix update to VOOM..

But there is one problem left..DC UPN channel 20.1 or RF-35 is missing
and does not auto scan..I can manual tune it with a signal strength of
89..However my other HD tuners are receiving it and displaying it OK..

I did report this in the other forum..Tks..

Being the curious type, can you tell us what happened with the DC area and the other broken maps?
