Help please

Tech left about 2 hours ago everything working fine. Then searching for signal. Clear skies and everything. Run a test switch and I get switch: none reception: error what could be wrong?

I think tater is the guy with the rats nest around the solo node on the ground. I think he upgraded to dual hoppers, which requires a different node and a 3rd cable from the dish. If neither hopper can see anything, I'd say the cables fell off the node. We already know his techs are incompetent. Or maybe when he screwed his dual node to the wall he strained the cables and they pulled out.
