How long does the first Hopper download take?

We are on the second one. It is powered on and looks stuck at 5 of 5 on the initial boot screen.

How long from first boot to some kind of info?

Did the tech try a factory reset?

Yes, we just reset factory defaults and started over. It came up, ran its own check switch, all good. Now it is acquiring again on step 3 of 5.

I am curious how long we stay in this screen before we get another screen. They have both hung at 5 of 5 for a long time.

Looks all good now. Factory Defaults is the key.

I would just do that immediately upon install.
