I am switching from a 6000 to the 622 Receiver. I put up a 1000 antenna. I am getting a 100+ signal on 119 & 129. I can not get any signal on 110. The Dish tech only knew what he was reading out of the book. I think he was selling langerie yesterday. Can you be of any help as to what I should try. Tried 2 LNBs, 3 receivers.

What TP are you using on 110? 110 has a lot of transponders that are Spotbeams and you will not get a signal on some of them.

Have you run check switch? Just want to make sure.

Could it be the dish is aimed at 119,129 and 137?

Try the check switch, and if that fixes the problem, great. If not cover the 119 side of DPP twin with foil and if you are still getting 119, your dish is aimed 9ish degrees to the west (as viewed from the rear). If you are up to it, move the dish 9 degrees east (left as viewed from the rear). 9 degrees is about .25 inch. You will probably have to raise or lower the dish to find the sweet spot for signal as well.
If he was selling lingere, why would any guy quit that job?

I am confused

622 & Dsl
