HELP! Lost power scan on MerII

Power scan on my Merc II is not detecting any frequencies and SR rates..was working fine the other day...tried everything from fact reset to reflashing V 1.53...need help on this one..hope its not fried as eveything else is working fine..have owned it for appx. 1 year..Thanks guys..

Are the preprogrammed Transponders registering a Signal Level and Quality?

Yes...sig.92 and qualty 66...currently watching Retro Jams on Galaxy 3C..Horizontal...done everything I could,so I phoned Don at Fortec in Ontario and explained the problem to him..said he will get back to me on this issue..
