Okay..the best we could get was 54-56.

129 is weak that maybe the best for your area... Peak the d1000 on 119 and 110/129 should fall in

I had initialy thought the 129 was a weak bird until 2 days ago when I tuned it in at %107 on a dish wich totaly floored me, I had to rerun the checkswitch to verify it was the right signal to be sure. Normaly I get it at around %78 - %85 when I tune. I always tune the weakest birds now on the supers and on the 1000's and its worked great and the 110 and 119 come in good as well.
I know that the signal is supposed to be weak but remember when the 121 and 105 supers came out they told us to expect at best a signal strength of %35 - %45 off these sats, well I regularly tune in the 121 at %85 - %90 each and every time so either they are bumping up the signal on the weaker birds to test its effect on the reception or someones pullin our chains.

No it was not a joke, sorry I got it wrong, I do know better, but just messed up. I tried to resond quickly, cause I saw the time, most installers won't just hang around, in my hurry I was incorrect. After I had seen it, there was a few jabs out already. And the correction made. I did not feel posting a defense would help, that or really any time.Peace
