HELP,I am locked out of my dish account>>

Today I signed up for BlockBuster @home(I had before for A month)but had to cancel due to finances.Finally can afford again(like the streaming mostly).Once I signed up today I wasnt able to get into my Que (even though iy said I had 6 movies in there.Kept telling me whnen I put in ID,not Valid.Now since I kept trying to get into my Que I cant get into anything on my Dish account.Can someone in The DIRT Team,look into this for me..Thank you..

When I rejoined BB@home, I couldn't get credentials propagation from Dish.com to Blockbusterathome.com, or my Queue, until computers talked to each other overnight. From the looks of your post time, you may be waiting 23 hrs.

After going on Chat and CSR trying everything he knew he could to unblock,after about 20 minutes they figured it out.Now both sites BB@home and Dishnetwork)are working.It was a computer glitch..
