Help! How to re-map DN locals to familiar channels

My friend has an 811 and in trying to scan for OTA DTV channels, his channel 13 (KERA) provided by Dish Network no longer exists. Therefore, he has to go to the 8000's to find it.

It turns out his attic antenna isn't connected properly, but we'll address his OTA problems later. Meanwhile he wants to get channel 13 back on his guide as Dish Network's provided KERA outta Dallas.

I know how to do this on my 942, but can't figure it out (over the phone with him) since our interfaces are different.

Can anyone help?

Menu - 6 - 1 - 5 Select Display Opts then make sure Dish net locals is checked and save
