Help DirecTV: Troublshooting the 22/62 Network Error Message

DirecTV is asking for our help in troubleshooting the 22 or 62 error message related to network setup.

If you have seen this error, and are network savy, please fill out the survey at this address:

Some info regarding where to find the error:
You may get the error when you are either trying to SETUP the network connection, or test it. This is actually an error with the internet communications, so it may affect DoD and Network Services. You should see the error code during the testing, but you may also see the error code in the system information screen.
 
I asked for some clarification on people having the network test (on the system test menu) fail, but not receiving any error code.

In that situation, where there is no error code, do not take the survey.

Please only take the survey if you see error 22 or 62.
 
I noticed that I no longer get a network error 22 when doing the network test. Not sure if it is only me that is working again but will take a bet that they figured out the issue.
 
Well, I'm now getting error 62 on both my HR20s, never had an issue until Sunday. VOD has always worked, now it is dead.

Submitting my scenario to the survey as requested.
