HELP!!! DirecTV decided to shut all my recievers off

Heres the latest update

I'm all fixed no letters.

Then fedex'd me new cards and apologized for the mix up, plus they gave me a free month for the trouble. I explained that having someone send a letter especially since I was paying alot of money for my account, was a bad idea and they should atleast have someone to talk to.

They took my feedback and were very talkative. Since this is a public forum, i don't want to go into to much detail on what happened, but they explained it to me what happened and apologized i was never gotten back to.

Glad to see the phone call AND no letter advise paid off as I suspected. Whatever it was that got you ID'd, please be careful in the future and keep ANY & ALL documents! I also hope you are not having identity theft issues! Glad to see you are back on.
