HELP AT- 9 DISH direct tv 5lnb

Installed set dish to my zip code Got 110 satellite at 98 signal Could not get blip one on 101 or 119 What could possible be the problem. Does this dish need
a super meter to simply get 101 110 and 119 much less 99 and 103

Please help me out going crazt

Are you using a satellite meter? I've seen this before with Birdog users when they put the dish at 48 instead of 52 for our local elevation.
