Help 622 stopped in the middle of bowl game!

You received as your first 622 a replacement box with a photocopied user manual and no original paperwork and labels? Did you go through a local company? Sounds like your third 622 should have been your first and the other two were junk somebody was trying to rip you off with.

Those were sent from Dish directly. After talking to their "tech support" people.
I wish #3 was #1 too, been w/o programming since 12/29! Just hope box #3 isn't like box #1 that lasted several days then started rebooting.
 
I had the exact same sequence with my "replacement" 622. I had a perfect 622 for 2 years, HDMI finally went out. They sent the replacement, obviously a refurb. It did exactly the same thing as your replacements. I didn't have the patience to try a 3rd, so I DIU'd a 722 for $75 and 24 months. It was nice not being in a contract, but I'd rather have a new receiver. 722 should be here Tuesday.
