Help - 2 R10s, But One Has No Guide

I have 2 R10s. I noticed that the one in our master bedroom didn't have the guide populated. Every channel and time slot said "To Be Announced."

I forced that R10 to dial in to Directv. After that, I checked the guide and it still didn't work. I then rebooted it, but that didn't work either.

I did notice that the R10 with the problem only seems to call in once per week. I think it used to call in once per day. (I could be wrong about this.)

Can anyone provide some guidance on what might be going wrong?

I think the R10 get's the guide updates from the dish and NOT the phone line.

I say that becuase we have an R10 that was hooked up to the phone line for the first day (for the installer to activate it back in August) and NEVER since and we still get the guide updates.

hey, i got a dvr80 and i got the same problem the other day it just saif to be announced, i restarted the reciever and called in to directv and no luck. anybody know anything to fix the problem?
