If the producers picked all competent, professional chefs, the show would be pretty boring...
I know, and I get that. All the same, they don't deserve the job they are competing for. Of course I am the guy that watches every week so....

Remember Robert Hesse? He was the chef who left in the middle of a season due to health issues and came back the following season. We saw him this past weekend in Reno as he is the new celebrity chef at the Brew Brothers restaurant at the El Dorado/Silver Legacy/Circus Circus hotel and casino complex. He has lost some of the weight but is still a big guy. The restaurant is cashing in on his status too as they advertise outside the restaurant that he is from Hell's Kitchen and is their new chef. He was making pizzas when we were there on Friday.
That was a very surprising elimination. Amanda should have gone. Especially if next week is any indication of her skills and character.

I was really surprised that chef kept him after he found out that he served up cold sauce on purpose to screw over his teammate. To me that is inexcusable.

It's a common theme for the show to keep the more interesting person, and more interesting story line. Did you notice that Ramsay only polled the blue team about rating Zach and not Michael, and after they all gave Zach low ratings, he gets rid of Michael?? Gotta stir the pot!!
