Now that AMC is gone from Dish. I have to decide how I'm going to watch the new season. I have a Roku, Apple tv, and Logitech revue. So which will be the cheapest route for watching? I have an iPad that I can mirror to the apple tv if it's available for fee online somewhere (AMC's website maybe)?
