HDNet Movies on 2 channels

Noticed the HDNet Movies are on 2 channels (130 and 383). As far as I can tell, they appear to be the same, so why are they in 2 places?

One is a mirror of the other.. It's just one of those things, essentially they are the same channel and take up no extra room on the satellite...

There actually is a reason. It is in some packages besides Blockbuster. If it was only at 383 those without blockbuster would have to go to way up to that set of channels just to get this one channel. This way, it's in among their package programs.
Btw it's in three places, also at 9423.

I believe it is also on 5023.

I like HDNet Movies especially those previews of new movies before they are released in theaters. However, I watched it more in the past. Lately, they replay some of the same movies. However, at least they are uncut, commercial-free, and in HD...
