Original HDNet Series "Art Mann Presents" Premieres February 14
Former Host of E! Entertainment's "Wild On" Joins HDNet as Producer and Host of Anything-Goes Weekly Series
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - DALLAS - February 11, 2005 - HDNet announces the premiere of its latest original production "Art Mann Presents," an exclusive variety program hosted and produced by the former host of E! Entertainment's "Wild On." The new half-hour weekly series airs on HDNet Monday nights at 10:30 p.m. ET, beginning with a special premiere time at 12:00 am midnight February 14th.
Art Mann Presents will take viewers on a crazy, unforgettable ride each week to see many different places and people, from the Indy 500 to Carmen Electra, from Mardi Gras to Pamela Anderson. The show's premiere episode, "Art Mann Presents: Naked in San Francisco," is so racy it can't be shown in prime time. Art travels to San Francisco to attend the annual Exotic Erotic Ball. It's a celebration of human sexuality and freedom of expression - even Art's face is red in this one!
"Basically for ten years I had the best job in television doing 'Wild On,' and HDNet decided to give me one that's even better," said Mann. "HDNet has made me now officially THE luckiest guy on TV!"
In upcoming episodes, Art hangs out with a bunch of bikers, spends a day with a Playmate, and attends the craziest festival of all time.
Art Mann creates, produces and hosts some of television's most enterprising programming, inserting his easy-going style, expert timing and real-guy attitude. Mann produced and was the longest working host on E! Entertainment Television's #1-rated series "Wild On," working with Jules Asner, Brooke Burke, and Cindy Taylor. Art's quick wit and fun nature have made him a natural for many E! Specials where he has laughed with and interviewed the likes of Tom Hanks, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jim Carrey, Will Smith, Jennifer Lopez, Robin Williams and Jennifer Aniston.
