HDMI to VGA converter?

I have a Pioneer Elite 710 HD TV, It has 2 com. connectors (RGB) and a VGA connector. I use one of RBG connectors for Dish 211, and one for my Pioneer DVD player. I have an older Sony 300 HD DTV reciever that has a VGA output on that connector, but is not an MPEG 4 reciever. The new H20 from DTV, or the Dish 211 have a VGA connector any more. Is there a way to convert my TV to use the HDMI outputs on either of those two systems on my VGA input on my TV?
