HDMI Problem A/V receiver

When setting up my new dual HDMI A/V receiver last night,
I connected my H20 and my HD-DVD player,
The HD player worked great but my H20 using the HDMI connection kept
Restarting, does anyone know what the H20 should be set on,
I think I have it on native or is it a bug

IIRC, you should set the output to match the display, not to native. With mine, it took awhile for the picture to come up on the screen.

no its a Pioneer elite VSX74TXVI W Receiver

Connect the D* receiver directly to the TV for setup, then after setup is complete, connect it to the receiver.
