On MonoPrice I see the following HDMI-HDMI 3 foot cables available:

HDMI to HDMI Cable (24AWG) w/ net jacket- 3ft (Gold Plated) (N) $14.97

HDMI Cable male to male 28AWG - 3ft w/Ferrite Cores (Gold-Plated) $5.80


What is the difference of w/net jacket and w/Ferrite Cores?

What is the advantage of the w/net jacket?

Which is needed for use with Dish 622?

either one should work...

i got the net jacket, its a thick cable with gold plated ends, and a thin nylon type net over the rubber cable.

personally i think the cheap ones will work too, (ferrite) as its just a digital cable...

i only got the 15 dollar one because my boss ordered a bunch and he gave one to me.
