hd211 off air tuner

have to reboot once a week so the off air tuner will work shows channel but picture is black no sound reboot and it works for a week then this is the second receiver thar does this any ideas off air is split to tv then receiver when the off air on the sat does not work switch to tv that that off air antenna tuner works so i hooked the cable directly to the dish receiver still did not work the hooked it directly to tv and that off air tuner worked so i know the problems with the receiver any ideas

Holy cow! Not one comma, period or capital letter. But if I understand you correctly, you're asking about the 211's OTA issues. There was a problem introduced with the last firmware download, and a big discussion here.
