I currently have a 322 receiver servicing 2 rooms. I have 2 HD televisions and would like to know what I need to do to upgrade to HD service.

A 722, or 722k will do TV1 HD, TV2 SD, with a $6 DVR fee.
Two 211k's will do HD for 2 TV's, but will cost extra $7 for the second receiver.

You could also go with a SlingLoaded ViP922 if you or a member of the household wants to watch TV anywhere, for ex. business trips. You will also have 2 tuners, one for HD and the other SD. This option does require more upfront, but still another option for you.
