Haven't heard much about this and the CSR I called tonight was helpfull as usual. At least this time she admitted they didn't have all the info worked out yet.
I'm wondering if upgrading to the new MPEG-4 receivers you have to sign a new 1 year commitment or something along those lines. My original 1 year is up end of july. And I'm considering dumping dish and going to something else. However if you don't need a new commitment I'd like to get the new dish and ViP 211 and see if that solves some of my issues first.
