HD programming

What's the cheapest way to get all Dish Network HD programming? I have OTA, but would like to see other HD channels?

To get all you will need voom, hdpak. In addition if you want hbo and sho hd you will also need to subscribe to those premium channels. You will need a satellite dish looking at 129 or 61.5 for Voom, so that may cost an install fee for a dish 1000 or another dish. I assume you dont need CBS HD or locals as you have OTA.
I dont have OTA, nor do i have a dish for CBS HD,

Of course others may be able to work out cheaper packages and if you dont want showtime and HBO that could save you a bunch.

You will also need to buy your own receiver. There is no lease equipment unless you subscribe to the core SD channels package.
