What!? You can't buy HD channels off of E-Bay. It doesn't work like that. You buy HD access from your cable or sat provider. That makes absolutely no sense what you are saying unless I am missing something. I am going to guess and say you bought a used receiver off of E-Bay?

They don't really offer many freeview channels besides the test channels (Might still be one or two SD freeviews like weather/nasa). The HD extra pack is still running as a free 3-month trial offer but I believe you need to have the standard HD access before you can get the extra pack. If your used receiver is Mpeg-2 (<H20) then you will be limited to a select few HD channels (70 through 80) that are broadcast in less then ideal conditions.
