HD PQ, has it been fixed?

Voom is driving me nuts with their billing department and the insane cost of a second receiver for the bedroom.

I'm was ready to switch before but right about that time all the stuff came out about DTV's HD PQ quality. Has it improved or been fixed yet?

How about their SD quality?

What HD PQ issues? Mine has been excellent. The only complaints on SD is that after watching a few hours of HD, all SD looks weird, but thier SD PQ is as good as E* and cable SD PQ.

I didn't know it was broken my E-86 and my HTL-HD are working fine.

There were all these posts about DTV's HD bitrate diving down in the 8's and 9's.

I had DTV HD for a while, last year, and it was pretty comparable to Voom on the "good" channels.

SD picture quality was horrible but I can live with that for something that works and is far less exspensive for what we watch.
