HD Locals in Paducah, KY

Is there any chance in the next year that the Paducah, KY local channels will be available in HD. I watch a lot of primetime programming and it is really a drag to watch my HD channels and then change to the fuzzy locals. The next market over from me is the Nashville, TN market and they offer HD. I was advised that it is against the law for Dish to switch me from my current market to the Nashville market. Any help????? Thanks

Have you considered OTA for your locals? E* is pretty quiet about local HD launches.

Yes, and it is unethical for you to call Dish and "move" into the Nashville DMA, so whatever you do, DON't search these forums and find out how others have done it.

To me it looks like Paducah or Evansville. I hope this is true. I can not get WSIU-PBS (DT 40) with my OTA. Paducah is a good size DMA.

I live in Nashville, KY When the Knoxville HD locals go live I will "move" back to South Eastern, Ky. We get Knoxville locals here. I still get my sd Knoxville locals with my Nashville HD locals. Just do a search for how to "move".
