HD Locals from Fresno,CA (Pixeling)

Hi Guys. New to this forum stuff and was wondering if anybody else is having problem with the HD locals out of Fresno,Ca. The Fox affiliate seems to be the worst. Anybody having similar problems or know when it'll be fixed. I have called DN and they say they're aware of it! Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
