Simple answer: There is no plan for PBS.

Most PBS channels want Cable-Satellite systems to carry the sub-channels, and they have a LOT of sub-channels (WTTW in Chicago has FIVE). Charlie does not want to.

Hence, no plan.

In the Buffalo Area, PBS has three sub channels, and they are the strongest signal over the air period, so PBS in not a biggie for us. Give us more national hd.
