HD Locals (DC)...what sat?

I am in the DC area. What SAT are my locals coming from? I am getting some pixelation during HD broadcasts. Is this common with the HR-20? New HD channels have no pixelation issues so far. BTW my signals on 103b are in upper 70's should they be higher?

I cant help you but im also interested in knowing if there is a website that lists what channels each directv sat dish has. Im most interested in teh harrisburg local hd channels.

The HD locals for the DC DMA are on sat 99B. I have them and I am not having a problem. I had some pixelation on NBC last night that seemed to be a wide spread problem outside our area as well. Other than that I have no problems. My reading on SAT 103B are in the upper 80s to mid 90s...
