HD Locales in Mpeg4 besides NY

Is NY the only market that has their HD locals in Mpeg4?

I think that all of the HD locals are in MPEG4 right now. I seem to remember 1 city is still MPEG2 with a ViP only flag (meaning only the VIP receivers can "see" the channel), but I can't remember which city it is.

The ones on 118.7 are not MPEG4 per say, but are MPEG2/VIP

So are all of the ones on 129/61.5 true MPEG 4 now? I think so, but not sure.

I believe so I think LA was the last. All the HD locals on 110s/129/61.5 are true mpeg4.
