Greetings, As of late, I have been having problems recording with an HR20-100. When I try to record a program and watch something else, unit tells me I have to tune to the station I want to record. Option to watch another program is to cancel the recording. Example- wanted to record Pacific on hbo while wife watched desperate housewives-at 9pm, message came up saying I had to change channel to 501 to record. Nothing else scheduled to record at 9pm. Have 2 lines in to dvr ,have not had this problem in the past- Time to call directv ?? Thanks in advance
