HD Channels 212, 267 Problems.

I have a HR20 and an H20, everything is working fine on the HR20; but on the H20, I get searching for satellite message on HD channel 212 the NFL Network and on channel 267 Smithsonian. I have a BBC and have an extra one and tried it to make sure the BBC was not bad and still searching for satellite on those two HD channels only. It makes no sense that everything is working fine on the HR20, getting all the HD channels, but having issue with 212 and 267 on the H20 receiver. Any insight or help would be appreciated. I called Directv and they want to send someone out, but I do not know what they can do when someone comes out. Thanks in advance!

I'm just the opposite. My H20 works fine but my HR20 is giving me a searching for 771 message on 212 and some other 200-series channels. The Starz channels are working fine

I had a Diplexer which I removed. THanks
