HD 505 Receiver Question

This morning I was watching my HD 505 receiver and every time I turned it on - it would always default back to SC channel 299. Many of the channels are not coming in - the guide shows up etc...but just a blank screen. I tried the same channels on another receiver and no problem. I just lost Detroit ABC HD channel. How does one reboot - if thats what it needs or any other suggestions would be a great help. The Super Bowl is only hours away. Thanks JackM

To reboot the 505, just turn off and hold the power button on the receiver,not the remote, in for about 10 seconds and it will reboot itself. Otherwise, unplug the power cord for about a minute. That should do a reboot. Did u lose power to the receiver for a while? Maybe it hasn't reloaded itself.
