If I have a 921 or 811 and AEP pkg Do I need the HD pkg to get HBO HD?

No, you just need to subscribe to HBO. Showtime is the same deal, subscribe to Showtime and you get Showtime HD with it. So, with the AEP package, you get both without the HD pack.

It was planned to make Sho-HD and HBO-HD alacarte...but it looks like they pulled back from that idea.
